Ascoli Piceno 'La Quintana' - jousting in Ascoli Piceno, held on the first Sunday of August.

Urbino 'Festa del Duca' - to honour Duke Federico, held on the third Sunday in August.

Cagli 'Palio dell'Oca' - medieval games to win a golden goose in mid-August.

Mondavio 'Wild Boar Hunt' - a medieval chase in the square, held in mid-August.

Fermo 'Cavalcatadellassunta' - horse racing, drummers, flag throwing, contests and medieval competitions in 15th C. costumes, held in Fermo the end of July/August each year.

Treia 'Disfida del Bracciale' - ancient ball game played out on the first Sunday of August.
